Who do I work with?
I work with women and female bodied folks to feel confident and safe in their sexuality. As a practitioner, I help my clients explore what their unique needs and desire are. Together we identify obstacles and challenges that may be preventing them from the sex life they crave and the deep intimacy they yearn for. I encourage them to prioritize their pleasure and teach them how to communicate their needs, desires, and boundaries! I have a lot of women that come to me and ask, "How do I have better sex?" It's my job to help them explore what better means to THEM, not just what media and society has portrayed as "better".
I work with women of all sexual identities, as well as queer female bodied folks across the gender spectrum. I know that it can feel extremely lonely to struggle with intimacy, sex or relationships. We learned nothing in school; the media is misleading, and most of us didn't have a trusted adult to talk to while going through our sexual awakenings. It's no wonder that so many people are left in the dark wondering if there is more to sex than what they are experiencing. I want you to know that you're not alone. You're not alone in feeling confused as to what you want or how to communicate it. You're not alone in struggling with low libido, and desire. You're not alone in feeling unsafe in your sexuality. You're not alone in your grief, sadness or anger around intimacy. Sexuality is an incredibly vulnerable and complex, and we all have a unique journey. I'm here to listen to your story empathetically and without judgement; as well as offer tools, guidance, and support as we discover your path to deeper physical and emotional intimacy.
I have helped clients work through all kinds of obstacles such as low sexual desire, low libido, relationship conflict, difficulty asserting boundaries, communicating needs, relationship anxiety, navigating intimacy and sex after divorce or breakups, painful sex, and more. About Me
Hey there, my name is Yej and I am a Somatic Intimacy coach!

I am passionate about helping others build intimacy skills because, like too many of us, I entered my sexual awakening blind and confused and suffered for it. I often felt hurt and misunderstood. I experienced trauma because of the lack of education about consent and because I didn’t know how to recognize and speak my boundaries. I had no idea what my needs and desires were, and I also held a deep-seated belief that my pleasure wasn't important.
Despite the hardships that were experienced, I was continually drawn to the erotic because there is something so incredibly special about connecting with another person in this way. I love intimacy and I love pleasure.
When I discovered my passion for helping people connect to others authentically through physical and emotional intimacy, I became a Certified SomaticaⓇ Sex and Relationship Coach and began working with clients.

There is so much shame, pain, and guilt around our sexuality and I hope to create space for these feelings, as well as present doors to sexual discovery, enjoyment, self-love, and embodiment.

Despite the messaging that most of us have received around sex, I choose to believe that it has the potential to be a path for healing, strength, play, and creativity. It's never too late to learn how to have healthy emotional and physical connections.
